100% Fruit Juice

Fruit juices are mainly made up of water and a simple sugar called fructose.  When you start ingesting too much fructose, your body is unable to break it down, converting it into fat instead. There's also a tendency to go overboard with our juice intake, because most of us see it as a healthy treat. But as with everything else, moderation is key.
