Friendship

Friendship is there where ever you go
Friendship is there when you over dose
Friendship loves and Friendship cares
Friendship is life with a little dares

Friendship hurts when your not there
Friendship dies everywhere
Friendship is even the life you lost
Friendship is love with a little cost

Fine Dining Etiquette - Part 2

The term, dining etiquette, is essentially concerned with table mannerisms, specific food tips, and the ways using napkins, knife, fork, spoons and other silverware.

Managing silverware in a formal do is quite confusing to some. Follow this simple dining etiquette. Start with the cutlery placed outside, and every course work your way in. The dessert spoon and fork are placed above your plate. Otherwise, they are brought in with the dessert. The set of glasses placed on your right are yours. Use the glasses from the left towards the outside.

You cut with the fork in your left hand, and the knife in your right hand. In the American style of eating you cut a few bite size pieces and switch the fork over to your right hand to pick and eat. Eating continental style, you do not switched over and eat with the fork in your left hand. When picking a glass, you place the knife and the fork on the plate, crossing the fork over the knife.

Fine Dining Etiquette - Part 1

First impressions create lasting impressions.  This is true where table manners are concerned.

How one uses the napkins is also a display of one's dining etiquette.  In a restaurant or in a hotel's dining room, place the napkin on your lap after everyone is seated.  The napkin must be unfolded and not shaken.  A large napkin can be folded in half and placed on the lap. In certain dining rooms, waiters may unfold and place the napkin on your lap.

At a private dinner party, unfold your napkin when your host/hostess does so.

If you are excusing yourself from the table mid-meal, loosely fold your napkin and place it next to your plate It is not considered good table manners to place your napkin on your chair. After the meal is over, place your napkin, semi folded, at the left of your plate.

Imbuhan khas guru, pensyarah

100% Fruit Juice

Fruit juices are mainly made up of water and a simple sugar called fructose.  When you start ingesting too much fructose, your body is unable to break it down, converting it into fat instead. There's also a tendency to go overboard with our juice intake, because most of us see it as a healthy treat. But as with everything else, moderation is key.

Tiga Kali Lebih Baik

Benefits of Drinking Tea

5 ways tea does your body good and then see if you're ready to change your Starbucks order!

1. Tea contains antioxidants. Like the Rust-Oleum paint that keeps your outdoor furniture from rusting, tea's antioxidants protect your body from the ravages of aging and the effects of pollution.

2. Tea has less caffeine than coffee. Coffee usually has two to three times the caffeine of tea (unless you're a fan of Morning Thunder, which combines caffeine with mate, an herb that acts like caffeine in our body). An eight-ounce cup of coffee contains around 135 mg caffeine; tea contains only 30 to 40 mg per cup. If drinking coffee gives you the jitters, causes indigestion or headaches or interferes with sleep --switch to tea.

3. Tea may reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke. Unwanted blood clots formed from cholesterol and blood platelets cause heart attack and stroke. Drinking tea may help keep your arteries smooth and clog-free, the same way a drain keeps your bathroom pipes clear. A 5.6-year study from the Netherlands found a 70 percent lower risk of fatal heart attack in people who drank at least two to three cups of black tea daily compared to non-tea drinkers.

4. Tea protects your bones. It's not just the milk added to tea that builds strong bones. One study that compared tea drinkers with non-drinkers, found that people who drank tea for 10 or more years had the strongest bones, even after adjusting for age, body weight, exercise, smoking and other risk factors. The authors suggest that this may be the work of tea's many beneficial phytochemicals.

5. Tea gives you a sweet smile. One look at the grimy grin of Austin Powers and you may not think drinking tea is good for your teeth, but think again. It's the sugar added to it that's likely to blame for England's bad dental record. Tea itself actually contains fluoride and tannins that may keep plaque at bay. So add unsweetened tea drinking to your daily dental routine of brushing and flossing for healthier teeth and gums.

6 Tips For Choosing A Perfect Sofa

Like everything else in this era of endless choice, there seem to be infinite options when it comes to choosing a sofa. You might think you know exactly what you want, but once you walk into a shop or browse images online, the styles, shapes, and customization alternatives can become overwhelming. Save yourself the time, money, and potential buyer's remorse and use these tips to get a clear idea of what you want (and what you need!) before you start the hunt.

1. Consider size first. If you have a bigger living room, you'll need to decide exactly how much of the living room you want your couch to fill.

2. Decide exactly how the sofa will be oriented. Successfully organizing a living space starts with analyzing your lifestyle.

3. Determine which shape will suit the room best. Now that you've decided your sofa's function, it's time to figure out which shape will help it fulfill that purpose.

4. Research upholstery materials. Which will be best for you? Aesthetic is important, but functionality is key when it comes to choosing a material for your sofa. A lot of us that would love to indulge in a plush, white suede sofa —they're so gorgeous, but so dangerous.

5. Choose a style that complements your home. It can be a little hard to nail down your own personal style, but go with your gut instinct when picking the type of couch that will fit naturally in your home.

6. Pick a color: bright, printed, or neutral? Don't be afraid to choose a couch with a fun or unique print! It can add a surprisingly personal touch and quickly transform the feel of the entire room.

Bertimbang Rasa Dengan Orang Bawahan
