Wasatiyyah will unite Malaysians
PUTRAJAYA: The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Mua’dzam Shah urged Muslims to practise wasatiyyah, or moderation and balance in their lives as a means to foster unity among all Malaysians.
Through the practice of wasatiyyah, the Prophet Muhammad was able to promote tolerance and understanding in society in place of bad habits and fanaticism, he said.
“I am confident that should we follow the practice of wasatiyyah, we would be able to foster unity and achieve success,” he said when declaring open the national-level 1434H Maulidur Rasul celebration at the Putra mosque here.
Also present were Raja Permaisuri Agong Tuanku Hajah Haminah,Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Jamil Khir Baharom and former Prime Minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.
Tuanku Abdul Halim noted that the Prophet proved through the practice of moderation and balance that diversity in race, religion, culture and language do not become obstacles to promoting unity in society.
Some 15,000 faithful from across the country turned up earlier in the morning to take part in the 2.4km procession towards the Putra mosque.

Fadhilat Bersedekah
Dari Amru bin Auf RA
katanya Rasulullah SAW bersabda: "Sesungguhnya sedekah seseorang Islam itu
memanjangkan umur dan mencegah daripada mati dalam keadaan teruk dan Allah SWT

Lyric - Sayang by Shae
Sayang apa
khabar dengan mu
Di sini ku merindukan kamu
Ku harap cinta mu takkan berubah
Kerna di sini ku tetap untukmu
Sayang apa khabar dengan mu
Cobalah kamu telepon diriku
Ku rindu dengar suara indahmu
Kerna dirimulah semangat hidupku
Sayang dengarlah permintaan ku
Jangan ragu kan cintaku
Sayang percayalah apa kataku
Kerna ku sayang kamu
Sayang dengarlah permintaanku
Jaga hatimu untukku
Sayang dengarlah bisikan hatiku
Kerna ku sayang kamu
{Ulang}
Sayang dengarlah permintaan ku
Jangan ragu kan cintaku
Sayang percayalah apa kataku
Kerna ku sayang kamu
Sayang dengarlah permintaanku
Jaga hatimu untukku
Sayang dengarlah bisikan hatiku
Kerna ku sayang kamu
Jangan
ragukan cintaku
Percaya sayangku
Jaga hatimu untukku
Ku menyayangimu
Semangat hidupku
Ku tetap untukmu
Cintaku selalu milikmu

Dear John #2
“When I look in the mirror, I know I’m looking at someone who isn’t sure she deserves to be loved at all.”
Ishikawa Diagram
A diagram that shows the causes of an event and is often used in manufacturing and product development to outline the different steps in a process, demonstrate where quality control issues might arise and determine which resources are required at specific times. The Ishikawa diagram was developed by Kaoru Ishikawa during the 1960s as a way of measuring quality control processes in the shipbuilding industry.
Ishikawa diagrams are sometimes referred to as "fish bone" diagrams because they resemble a fish skeleton, with the "ribs" representing the causes of an event and the final outcome appearing at the head of the skeleton. The purpose of the Ishikawa diagram is to allow management to determine which issues have to be addressed in order to gain or avoid a particular event.
5 Drinks to Help You Lose Weight
1. Water
We all know this
one, but it’s important to remember that water is the single best choice for
effective weight loss. Whether it’s still or sparkling, aim to make water your
go-to beverage choice. Think water is boring? Try adding fresh lemon slices,
lime, cucumber, and even a slice of tomato to add flavor without adding many
calories.
2. Vegetable juice
Whether in a can,
bottled, or homemade, vegetable juice is an excellent way to get the fiber and
nutrients your body needs to fuel your weight loss. If you can find a low-sodium
variety, even better. The veggies will keep you fuller longer and the tangy
flavor will keep your taste buds happy.
3. Unsweetened tea
Green tea has
been proven to help boost metabolism and speed up weight loss. Try it hot or
iced with a bit of honey for a low-sugar sweet drink. Don’t forget black and
oolong teas, too! Both are filled with antioxidants, which can help rid your
body of toxins.
4. Black coffee
A morning cup of
joe or an afternoon iced coffee can help spur your weight loss by providing a
boost of caffeine that suppresses hunger. Also, coffee has been shown to
stimulate thermogenesis, which heats up the body and boosts metabolism. Just be
careful about what you add to your coffee — stick to skim milk and very little
sugar.
5. Skim milk
Milk is an
excellent source of lean protein, vitamin D, and calcium that can help build
your muscles and keep your bones strong. Opt for low-fat or skim milk for all
of the vitamins without the added fat. If you are feeling indulgent, add a
little chocolate — low-fat chocolate milk is a great option for post-workout
muscle recovery.

Tips For Strong and Healthy Nails
1. To keep your nails hydrated, rub a small amount of petroleum jelly into your cuticle
and the skin surrounding your nails every evening before you go to bed or
whenever your nails feel dry. Keep a jar in your purse, desk drawer,
car—anywhere you might need it. Not a fan of petroleum jelly? Substitute castor
oil. It’s thick and contains vitamin E, which is great for your cuticles. Or
head to your kitchen cupboard and grab the olive oil—it also works to
moisturize your nails.
2. Wear rubber gloves whenever you do housework or wash dishes. Most household chores, from gardening to scrubbing the
bathroom to washing dishes, are murderous on your nails. To protect your digits
from dirt and harsh cleaners, cover them with vinyl gloves whenever it’s chore
time. And for extra hand softness, apply hand cream before you put on the
rubber gloves.
3. Dry your hands for at least two minutes after doing the dishes, taking a bath/shower, etc. Also
dry your toes thoroughly after swimming or showering. Leaving them damp
increases your risk of fungal infection.
4. Air out your work boots and athletic shoes. Better yet, keep two pairs and switch between them so
you’re never putting your feet into damp, sweaty shoes, which could lead to
fungal infections.
5. Wear 100 percent cotton socks. They’re best for absorbing dampness, thus preventing
fungal infections.

Blue Ocean Definition
In an established industry, companies compete with each other for every piece of available market share. The competition is often so intense that some firms cannot sustain themselves and stop operating. This type of industry describes a red ocean, representing saturated market share, bloodied by competition.
To avoid costly competition, firms can innovate or expand in the hope of finding a blue ocean. A blue ocean exists where no firms currently operate, leaving the company to expand without competition.
Kim Kardashian
It's fair to say Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have had a fair bit of attention since they announced on New Year's Eve that they were expecting a baby.
But faced with online accusations from cynics it's all part of a money-making plan, reality TV star Kim Kardashian has rubbished claims she's having her baby for publicity.
Speaking exclusively to our sister site in the US omg!, Kimmy K said: "I couldn't care less what anyone thinks or says. For this, for publicity. You don't have a child for those types of reasons."
Reports suggest that despite only being 12 weeks into her pregnancy, already offers have flooded in that will make the reality TV star and her child millions.
A celebrity expert told The Huffington Post: “The last time a pregnancy caused this much attention was when Angelina and Brad were expecting twins in 2008. Those images sold for a record-breaking $14 million.”
Because of changes in the mag industry, the first exclusive images of Kim’s baby will get nowhere near that amount, but overall she is set to make almost that.
He added: “The first images of Kim’s baby could sell for as much as $3 million. But just like she did on her wedding, Kim will be able to make money from TV specials, gifts, baby showers and baby parties."
